Shipping, Pickup, and Delivery

Plug Trays are available for shipping, pickup, or delivery on our trucks. Not all orders can be delivered (see below).

Pickup By Appointment
If you select pickup, we will reach out to you with instructions and to arrange a pickup time during normal business hours Monday-Friday. Please bring your order confirmation. If you need us to box your trays for transport, we will invoice you an additional box fee.

Shipping
We ship trays through common carrier ground services, and charge a flat $22 shipping and handling fee per tray at checkout. Trays may ship in different weeks if they have different ready-by dates. If we can fit multiple trays in a box, we will refund you any shipping savings - this depends on species, size, and ready-by dates.

We ship to the following states: CT, DE, DC, IN, KY, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, RI, TN, VT, VA, WV.

We do not currently offer shipping via motor freight.

Plants may be trimmed for better root development or when required for shipping.

Delivery
For orders over $1000 (not including shipping) in the Hudson Valley, Westchester, or New York City, we may be able to deliver for a $125 fee. Select shipping at checkout and email a delivery inquiry to Plants@Treadlight-Farm.com. If we can confirm a delivery date with you, then we will refund all shipping charges placed at checkout.
